SUFISM-RELATED HANDWRİTİNG ON THE AUSTRIA ROYAL (NATIONAL) LIBRARY
A term used in the meaning of writing, bibliography, book information about books derived from the words of the biblios (book) and grapho (writing), which is the book and the book of ancient books, bibliography of the Ottoman Empire, the bibliography went into our language after Tanzimat. The necessity of preparing a bibliography came out after the discovery of the printing press, and with the proliferation of books, the need for librarians, scholars and book lovers to create bibliographies, prepare book lists, sort books, introduce and index them. In this study, it was revealed as a manifestation of the need. In our study; In the Royal Library of Austria, the third volume of the third volume of the book, published in three volumes between 1865 and 1867, contains Arabic manuscripts on catalogs of Sufi literature covering a total of 2016 Arabic, Persian and Turkish manuscripts, and between catalog numbers 1888 - 1930 pieces of Arabic handwriting work; subject, content and quality. In this regard, the researchers who wanted to or would like to work on the history of mysticism were made accessible and the important step towards acquiring the literature would be taken.
