TLİMSAN ÜNİVERSİTESİ ÖĞRENCİLERİNDE MÜSTAKBEL KARİYER KAYGISI : TİLİMSAN ÜNİVERSİTESİ ÖRNEĞİ

Özet

Tilimsan Üniversitesi öğrencilerinin müstakbel kariyer kaygılarını ölçmek için araştırmacı tarafından hazırlanan bir ölçeğin güvenirliği test edildi. Bu ölçek 220 tane değişik fakülte ve cinsiyetteki deneğe uygulandı. Yapılan araştırma sonucunda cinsiyet ve fakülte farkı olmadan, örnekleme dahil edilen bütün öğrencilerde müstakbel gelecek kaygısının yüksek olduğu saptandı.

Abstract

The current study aimed to assessing the level of the future career anxiety of students at the Tlemcen University. And investigating the effect of gender and type of college
(scientific and humanistic) on the students level of future career anxiety. Valid and reliable instrument has been developed and applied on a sample of (220) student.
The study finding showed that university students in tlemcen have a high level of anxiety.
There is no statistically significant differences between the sex and the future career anxiety.
There is no statistically significant differences between the type of college (scientific and humanistic) and the future career anxiety.
