Özet
Araştırmanın amacı, siyasi partilerin iktidar oldukları takdirde eğitim alanında uygulayacakları politikaları karşılaştırmalı olarak ortaya koymaktır. Çalışmanın evrenini, 7 Haziran 2015 tarihindeki 25. Dönem Milletvekili Genel Seçimlerine katılan siyasi partiler, örneklemini ise bu seçim sonucunda TBMM’ye giren Adalet ve Kalkınma Partisi (AKP), Cumhuriyet Halk Partisi (CHP), Milliyetçi Hareket Partisi (MHP) ve Halkların Demokratik Partisi (HDP) oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden doküman incelemesi tekniği kullanılmıştır. Çalışmanın dokümanı olarak belirlenen yazılı materyaller, siyasi partilerin resmi internet sitelerinde yayınladıkları seçim bildirgeleridir. Verilerin analizinde betimsel analiz tekniğinden yararlanılmıştır. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre, siyasi partilerin eğitime yönelik tasarı ve vaatlerinde kendi ideolojik yaklaşımlarını ve kimliklerini ifade eden hakim dünya görüşleri ön plana çıkmaktadır. Partilerin eğitim politikalarına dair söylemlerinde sorunların kökenine çok az temas ettikleri, somut projelerden ziyade genel değerlendirme ve vaatlerde bulundukları görülmektedir. Eğitim felsefelerindeki benzerlikler veya farklılıklar siyasi partilerin ideolojik olarak benzeştikleri ve ayrıştıkları noktaları yansıtmaktadır.

Abstract
The aim of the research is to put forth the political parties’ policies comparatively in the field of education when they have the political power. The universe of the study is the political parties which entered the 25th Period General Parliamentary Election on 7th June 2015 and the sample is constituted by Justice and Development Party (AKP), Republican People’s Party (CHP), Nationalist Action Party (MHP) and People’s Democratic Party (HDP) that are represented in Turkish Grand National Assembly with this election result. In this research document review technique among qualitative research methods has been used. The written materials fixed as the documents of the study are the election declarations taken from the official web sites of the political parties. For the analysis of the data, descriptive analyzing technique has been made use of. According to the research results, in the projects and promises of the political parties in terms of education, it’s seen to take shape according to their ideological approach and identities which form their view of world. It’s seen that the parties mention too less for the origin of the educational problems and that instead of concrete projects they make some general evaluation and promises. The similarities and differences in educational philosophy of political parties reflect the points where they sociate or dissociate ideologically.
