Özet
Bu çalışma Milli Eğitim Bakanlığına bağlı resmi okullarda, ortaokul beden eğitimi ve spor dersi programının beden eğitimi öğretmenleri perspektifinden nasıl uygulandığını tespit etmek amacıyla yapılmıştır.
Araştırmada ortaokul beden eğitimi ve spor dersi programına yönelik olarak, öğretmen görüşlerinin alınıp alınmadığı, bilgilendirme yapılıp yapılmadığı, ortaokul beden eğitimi ve spor dersi programı ile ilgili öğretmenlerin düşünceleri, öğrenciler açısından yeterliliği, hangi kriterlerin olması gerektiği hakkındaki öğretmen görüşleri ve öğretmenlerin önerilerinin neler olduğu belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır.
Araştırmada nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden olan mülakat deseni kullanılarak, Gaziantep ili merkez ve ilçelerinde Milli Eğitim Bakanlığına bağlı resmi ortaokullarda görevli 50 öğretmenden elde edilen veriler içerik analizi yöntemi ile çözümlenmiştir.
Sonuç olarak, Beden eğitimi ve spor dersi programı hazırlanırken öğretmen görüşlerinin alınmadığı, beden eğitimi ve spor dersi programı hazırlanırken öğretmenlere bilgilendirme yapılmadığı, beden eğitimi ve spor dersi programı hakkında öğretmenlerin büyük bir çoğunluğu olumsuz yönde görüş bildirdikleri, beden eğitimi ve spor dersi programının uygulama açısından yeterli olmadığı belirlenmiştir.
Beden eğitimi ve spor dersi programı hazırlanmasında öğretmenler yedi tema altında görüş bildirmişler ve fiziki şartlar ve ders araç-gereçleri konusu ön plana çıkmaktadır.
Beden eğitimi ve spor dersi programının daha etkili ve verimli olabilmesi için fiziki şartlar, ders araç-gereci, ders, etkinlik, çevre şartları, hizmet içi eğitim, kılık kıyafet, öğretmen yetiştirme, okul idaresi ve veli temaları altında önerilerde bulunmuşlardır.

Abstract
This study is held in public schools due to the Ministry of Education and carried out to determine how the program of middle school physical education and sports lessons are implemented in the physical education and sports teachers’ perspectives.
In this research it is tried to determine whether the teachers’ opinions are received and they are informed or not; tecahers’ views for physical education and sports course; competence of the course in terms of the students, teachers’ opinions and recommendations about the criteria for the courses.
In the research the qualitative research method is used. Data obtained from 50 teachers in the formal township officials in the Ministry of Education secondary schools in Gaziantep province and were analyzed using content analysis method.
As a result, in the preparation of the physical education and sports lesson program teachers’ perceptions are ignored; tecahers are not informed; a vast majority of them expressed their opinions in a negative way; and thought that the course is lack of enough practice Teachers also reported their opinions regarding seven themes of which physical conditions and tools for courseare in the foreground.
The researchers made some suggestions in order to have more effective and efficient Physical education studies and sports lessons program such as : study materials, course, activities, environmental conditions, in-service training, clothing, teacher training, school administration and parents.
