Özet
Bu makalenin amacı, Malezya Eğitim Sistemi ile Türk Eğitim Sistemi’ni karşılaştırmaktır. Bu amaçla, çalışmada ilk olarak Malezya Eğitim Sistemi’nin yönetsel yapılanması, okul örgütlenmesi, eğitimin denetimi, eğitimin finansal kaynakları ve öğretmen yetiştirme süreçleri ele alınmıştır. Çalışmanın son aşamasında ise Malezya Eğitim Sistemi ve Türk Eğitim Sistemi karşılaştırılmıştır. Sonuç olarak Malezya ve Türk Eğitim Sistemleri amaç bakımından ulusal bütünlük ve eğitimde kaliteyi arttırmayı hedeflemektedir. Her iki eğitim sisteminde merkeziyetçi bir yapı mevcuttur. Eğitim, Milli Eğitim Bakanlıkları tarafından yönetilmektedir. Ancak Malezya’da yükseköğretimin yönetimi Yükseköğretim Bakanlığı tarafından gerçekleştirilmektedir. Süreç açısından Türk Eğitim Sistemi’nde zorunlu eğitim 12 yıl iken, Malezya’da ise zorunlu eğitim 11 yıldır. Her iki eğitim sisteminde merkezi ulusal program uygulanmaktadır. Genel olarak okul örgütlenmesi açısından her iki ülkenin eğitim sisteminde birçok benzerlik bulunmaktadır. Ancak Malezya’nın mesleki ve teknik eğitime daha fazla önem verdiği görülmektedir.

Abstract
The aim of this article is to compare the Malaysian Education System with Turkish Education System. For this purpose, firstly, the administrative organization, school organization, the supervision of education, the financial sources of education and the teacher training processes of the Malaysian Education System are handled. In the last chapter of the study, the Malaysian Education System and the Turkish Education System are compared. As a result, the Malaysian and the Turkish educations systems aim to improve the quality of education and national unity. Both of the systems are centralist in structure. Education is administered by the Ministries of National Education. However, the Higher Education in Malaysia is administered by the Ministry of Higher Education. Concerning the period of education, the compulsory education in the Turkish Education System is 12 years while in Malaysia it is 11 years. In both systems, centralized national programmes are used. In general, there are a lot of similarities between the systems in terms of school organizations. However, it is found that in Malaysia vocational and technical education is given more importance.
