Özet
Uzaktan eğitim süreci uzun yıllar eğitim-öğretim hayatında olan fakat tüm dünyayı etkisi altına alan Covid-19 salgını nedeniyle son zamanlarda daha sık gündeme gelmiştir ve daha sık kullanılır olmuştur. Tüm dünyayı etkisi altına alan koronavirüs ülkeleri sosyo-kültürel, ekonomik, sağlık vb. birçok yönden etkilemiştir. Bu noktada eğitim de hiç şüphesiz en çok etkilenen alanlardan birisi olmuştur. UNESCO’nun (2020) ilan ettiği verilere göre 17 Nisan 2020 tarihi itibariyle dünya genelinde 191 ülkede toplamda 1.724.657.870 öğrenci, salgın sürecinden etkilenmiştir. Bu süreçten ülkemiz de etkilenmiştir ve eğitim-öğretim hayatının aksamaması için eğitimin tüm kademelerinde uzaktan eğitime geçmiştir. Ülkemizin uzaktan eğitime geçmesiyle birlikte Türkçe dersleri de çevrimiçi derslerle yürütülmeye çalışılmıştır. Türkçe dersi bilgi değil bir beceri dersidir. Dolayısıyla uygulamaların derse dâhil edilmesi gerekir ve öğrencilerin bu dil becerilerini aktif olarak kullanması sağlanmalıdır. Uzaktan eğitimin getirdiği değişikliklerle birlikte becerilerin derslerde işlenişi de değişmiştir. Bu araştırmada konuşma becerisinin uzaktan eğitim sürecindeki durumu Türkçe öğretmenlerinin görüşleri aracılığıyla tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır.

Abstract
Distance education process has been raised more often recently and has been used more frequently due to the covid-19 epidemic, which has been in educational life for many years but has affected the whole world. Coronavirus which affects the whole world, affect countries in many ways such as; socio-cultural, economic, and health. At this point, education has undoubtedly been one of the most affected areas. According to UNESCO (2020), as of April 17, 2020, 1,724,657,870 students in 191 countries worldwide were affected by the epidemic process. Our country has also been affected by this process and has moved to distance education at all levels of education in order not to disrupt the educational life. With the transition of our country to distance education, Turkish lessons have also been tried to be conducted with online courses. The Turkish lesson is a lesson of skill, not knowledge. Therefore, activities must be included in the course and students must actively use these language skills. Along with the changes brought about by distance education, the processing of language skills in courses has also changed. In this study, the status of speaking skills in distance education process was determined through the opinions of Turkish teachers.
