Özet
Bu çalışma askeri örgütlerde stres, stres kaynakları ve çözüm önerilerinin neler olduğunu ortaya koymak amacıyla yapılmıştır. Örgütsel yapısı, personel sayısı, yerine getirdiği görevler dikkate alındığında Askeri örgütler genel itibariyle en çok strese maruz kalan örgütler arasında yer almaktadır. Ancak literatür incelendiğinde ülkemizde bu alanda yapılmış çalışma sayısı yok denecek kadar azdır. Bu bağlamda hazırlanan çalışma bu alandaki eksikliği gidermeye yardımcı olacaktır. Çalışmada öncelikle stres, stres kaynakları ve bireysel stres yönetimi üzerinde durulmuştur. Daha sonra örgütlerde stres ve stres yönetimi incelenmiştir. Son olarak askeri örgütlerde stres, stres kaynakları ve çözüm önerileri üzerinde durulmuştur. Çalışma genel bir değerlendirme ile bitirilmiştir.

Abstract
This study was carried out in order to determine the stress, stress sources and solution proposals in military organizations. Considering the organizational structure, the number of personnel, and the tasks it carries out, the military organizations are among the most stressed organizations in general. However, when the literature is examined, the number of studies conducted in this field in our country is almost negligible. The study prepared in this context will help to eliminate the deficiency in this area. The study primarily focuses on stress, stress sources and individual stress management. Then, stress and stress management in organizations were examined. Finally, stress, stress sources and solution suggestions are discussed in military organizations. The study was completed with a general evaluation.
