Özet
Culture is the most important element that makes sence in the society. Culture is the product of tangible and intangible cultural accumulation. On the other side, language is important since it reflects the features of the society and have roles for conveying the culture throughout the ages.
Kültür, bir topluluğu anlamlı hâle getiren en önemli varlıkların başında gelir. Kültür, somut ve somut olmayan farklı birikimlerin ürünüdür. Diller ise yüzyıllar boyunca oluşan kültürün taşınması ve toplumu yansıtması bakımından önemlidir. Türk dili de bu bakımdan oldukça özel bir yere sahiptir. Kelimelerin oluşumu, zengin deyim ve atasözlerinde kültürün yansıması görülmektedir.
Bir dil öğrenilirken kültürel kazanımlar da edinilir. Dil öğretiminde kültürel aktarım yadsınamayacak bir öneme haizdir. Dil tek başına gramatik yapısıyla değil, o dili oluşturan milletlerin kültürel kodlarının anlaşılmasıyla öğrenilir. Bu bağlamda biz de çalışmamızda, yabancılara Türkçe öğretiminde kullanılan, İstanbul ve Yedi İklim Türkçe kitaplarında kültürel mirasların nasıl yer aldığını tespit edeceğiz. Söz konusu eserlerden İstanbul ve Yedi İklim Türkçe kitabının A1-A2, B1-B2, C1/+ ve C2 ders kitabı serileri incelenecektir. Bu kaynaklar dil öğretimini başlangıç seviyesinden alıp ileri seviyeye taşımaktadır. Kültürel aktarım başlangıç seviyesinden sonra adım adım artmaktadır.
Türkçeyi öğretmek amacında birleşen bu iki kaynak, kültürel aktarım ve dil öğretimine bakış açılarıyla farklılıklar arz etmektedir. Değişik yönlerden tahlil edilen bu eserlerin somut ve somut olmayan kültür aktarımlarını tespit, bu çalışmanın temel noktasını oluşturmaktadır.

Abstract
Culture is the most important element that makes sence in the society. Culture is the product of tangible and intangible cultural accumulation. On the other side, language is important since it reflects the features of the society and have roles for conveying the culture throughout the ages.
Turkish language is special in this context. In the formation of the words, idioms and proverbs- a reflection of culture can be traced. Training of a language cannot be seperated from the cultural elements. Cultural training is inevitably important In language learning. Language cannot be learned just by getting the information about the grammer, but also understanding the cultural codes of that language. Within this concept, we will trace the codes concerns with the cultural heritage and define how these codes take part in the coursebooks named “Istanbul and Yedi Iklim Türkçe”. The A1, A2, B1, B2, C1/+ and C2 levels of these course books will be examined. These coursebooks reference the language learning from the beginner to advanced level. Conveying the cultural elements to the language learners is increasing step by step towards the advance levels.
These two coursebooks that aims to teach Turkish differentiates from the point of view of conveying the culture and language teaching approach; the definition of tangible and intangible cultural heritage in these coursebooks are the main goal of this study.
