Özet
The concept of the aesthetic feature in Arabic calligraphy is linked to the Muslim artist’s need to show new aesthetic methods, through linear formations and structures, and the diversity of their forms, whether light or heavy. The aesthetics associated with the Islamic faith, especially the possibility of morphology and control of letters and the expansion of the perceptual vision of the calligrapher, so this research was concerned with studying the aesthetic features of heavy linear structures in particular. Which included four chapters, the first chapter included the research problem, its importance, objectives, limits and definition of its terms. As for the second chapter, it addressed the tracing of the concept of the aesthetic feature and its connection with the artist, the idea and the ability to technical aesthetic expression, through the linear formations made by calligraphers, based on text variables, spatial organization, and choosing the appropriate font type and subject. The analysis concluded with a number of results that were devoted to the fourth chapter, which showed the diversity of aesthetic features and acceptance of linear formations for formal and different additions in structural structures and the investment of some letters to arrange and divide the linear structure into creative line levels.
