Since its establishment, the modern Iraqi state has suffered from various crises and at all levels (political, economic, financial, and military wars ...), although in its beginning it was purely internal, and soon it spread beyond borders and became external without calming down on the internal level, The year 2003 was another turning point in the Iraqi crisis file, as the American-Western occupation of Iraq was accompanied by the absence of a central authority controlling the security situation, which led to chaos the country had never seen before, the latest of which was the control of ISIS terrorist gangs over large parts of Governorates and the displacement of the people of these governorates to safe areas inside and outside Iraq, passing through the current pandemic that is affecting the whole world And because (women) are the illuminating lamp of life in societies, it was natural for a set of effects to have on the various crises and global pandemics, and there is no doubt that the financial effects on the Iraqi family were among the most prominent of these effects, as many Iraqi families lost their source of livelihood by death or Sickness or loss of work for the sole breadwinner for the family, not to mention the exacerbation of health crises in Iraq, in particular from the exacerbation of health crises in Iraq, in addition to the financial crisis that today afflicts the general budget of the Iraqi state that has been exhausted by heavy war and security conflicts and its direct reflection on job opportunities that have taken a toll.
