Migration, which is accepted as a social movement that affects almost many countries around the world in an economic, social or cultural sense, The Syrian crisis has shown that a large number of countries have confronted major waves of migration and need to develop new immigration policies. Turkey is one of these countries. Both geographical position close to both Syria and the European Union (EU) as a country wishing to become a member to stay away from Turkey's new immigration policy is not possible.Because the European Union (EU) has foreseen a number of regulations in immigration policies in its reports for the candidate countries and demands that they be acted on. At the beginning of immigration from countries with geographic location as Turkey has accelerated the migration after the Suriye Crisis in 2011. The United Nations report in 2014 used this phrase as evidence. Phrase, the country where most foreign migrants takes place throughout the year has been identified as Turkey. Turkey, consisting of the mass immigration should manage this by developing appropriate policies in line to disrupt their social welfare. The management policies it has developed must also be compatible with the EU acquis. In this context, this study aims migration management reforms and review of relevant policies conducted in compliance with the EU acquis in Turkey. Progress reports, partnership documents and other secondary sources have been extensively researched in this direction. As a result of research, the “National Action Plan on Asylum” and “Migration Foreigners and International Protection Act” have been identified as two very important legislation to be performed in Turkey. Related legal regulations, their scope has been determined that vary significantly in nominal Turkey's migration management policy. The study has the potential to make a great contribution to the public administration literature with its comprehensive narrative.
