Abstract
A GENDER DISCRIMINATION FOR WOMEN IN WORK LIFE TYPE: TOKENISM
For many years, women have been subjected to gender discrimination in social life. It has a role model that takes care of the elderly in women, mothers, spouses, families, not only in contemporary perspective, but also in ancient history. According to people who have this idea, men should work, women should do housework, as well as take care of children and the elderly. The aim of this study is to examine gender discrimination in women at work and to offer some solutions for the elimination of gender discrimination. The study will be explained within the framework of the latest tokenism theory after explaining the concept of gender discrimination in the light of the current rates of women in business life.
