THE POSSIBLE EFFECTS TO THE TURKEY- EU OF TURKISH IMMIGRANTS IN WESTERN EUROPE
Abstract
After the World War II the countries of Western Europe actualized that the flow of migrants for the labor market needs in parallel with economic development by common consent with Turkey, so many migrant are gone to Europe for temporary employment and that migration has become permanent. Thus immigrants have begun a process that provides for political, social, economic and cultural life. However in this process it has been observed that Turks have encountered some problems such as unemployment, education, language, religion, identity, Islamophobia, opportunity irequality, family, youth problems, organization/association and so on and because of these problems have caused of a Turkish image that shows the change and development over time in the eyes of Europeans. In this context the aim of the study, The Turks migration in Europe the current problems in the integration process and the image formed within these issues will be evaluated in relation to today’s Turkey-EU relations
