Abstract
A QUALIFIED RESEARCH ON THE DETERMINATION OF THE COMPETITIONS OF RECRETIONING MANAGERS AND THE SECTOR-RELATED THOUGHTS
Recreation, which is closely related to tourism, entertainment and sports sector; complicates the nature of the human source to work in this area. This has made it necessary for a person who will be working in the field of recreation to have some competencies, in addition to the basic recreational actors, according to the characteristics of the field, the service area and the groups served. Perhaps the complex structural reality about this human resource that will disappear soon indicates a vacancy that needs to be studied nowadays. In this context, the aim of the study is determined to demonstrate the competence of managers operating in the field today, where recreational activities are so intense. In the research using qualitative research method, seven recreation managers who were in high demand in the country were interviewed and it was tried to contribute to the researchers who will work on this field as well as to guide those who want to enter the sector with the results obtained from the interviews.
