All types of transactions that can be done with the bank branches have been become by internet channels. Internet technology in the first time used in the USA came to Turkey in 1997. An advantages of using internet banking can summarize like making transaction without going to the branches, cheap cost and transparency. In his study patterns of behavior associated with the use of internet banking in Turkey is examined by clustering method.
As a result of this study it was revealed that bank has three different groups based on their behaviors for internet banking such as users of internet banking., close to the internet banking and far to the internet banking customer groups which were determined different demographic characteristics; bank and internet usage patterns
