Abstract
GRADUATE STUDENTS' OPINIONS ON THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN SPIRITUALITY (WORKPLACE SPIRITUALITY), ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE AND ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT
The aim of this research is; to reveal the relationship between spirituality, organizational culture and organizational commitment in line with the views of graduate students. In accordance with the purpose, phenomenological design, one of the qualitative research designs, was used in the research. The study group of the research consists of 21 graduate students, 12 female and 9 male, studying in the Department of Classroom Education and Educational Administration and Supervision in a state university, Institute of Educational Sciences. In the research, descriptive analysis technique was used in the analysis of the data collected by structured interview. According to the results of the research, spirituality is defined as the individual's self-development in a job, achieving full efficiency at work, internalizing the organization for the formation of organizational culture, and nurturing spiritual values by being happy in his job. There is a strong relationship between spirituality, organizational culture and organizational commitment, spirituality affects organizational commitment and organizational commitment affects organizational culture.
