Abstract
JOB QUALITY AND ITS RELATIONSHIP TO MANAGING THE CORONAVIRUS CRISIS AMONG A SAMPLE OF PSYCHOLOGICAL COUNSELORS IN JORDAN
The study aimed to reveal the relationship of job quality to managing the Coronavirus crisis, and a sample consisted of (70) psychologists in Jordan working during the Coronavirus crisis, and the researcher used the quality of job life and crisis management scale, and the study followed the descriptive approach, and the study concluded that The arithmetic average of job quality is equal to (2.09), with a relative average (69.6%) and a “medium” level, and the arithmetic mean for managing a coronavirus crisis is equal to (3.17) with a relative average (63.4%) and a “medium” level, and there is a relationship between job quality and crisis management Corona virus, and all fields, and there are no statistically significant differences in the responses of the sample members about the reality of job quality and the management of the Corona virus crisis among a sample of psychologists in Jordan due to variables (type - educational qualification - years of service).
