Abstract
THE EFFECT OF EDUCATIONAL GUIDANCE ON REDUCING BEHAVIORAL DISORDERS AMONG STUDENTS IN NABLUS GOVERNMENT SCHOOLS IN PALESTINE FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF ITS EMPLOYEE
The study aimed to identify the effect of educational guidance on reducing behavioral disorders among students in Nablus governmental schools in Palestine from the perspective of its employee, and to identify the presence of statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α = 0.05) in the responses of the sample of the study due to variables (Gender, educational qualification, type of school, place of residence) in determining the impact of educational guidance in reducing behavioral disorders, to achieve this the researcher used the descriptive method and developed a questionnaire consisting of 40 paragraphs as a tool and applied to a sample of 60 workers and tried to answer the question of this study what is the effect of educational guidance on reducing behavioral disorders among students in Nablus governmental schools in Palestine from the perspective of its employee, the study showed the following results: educational guidance have an effect in reducing behavioral disorders among students in government schools in Nablus with a moderate degree, and there are no statistically significant differences attributed to the study variables (sex and place of residence), and pointed to the existence of differences attributed to variables (qualification and the type of school), and recommended to increase awrness the school community of students and workers with the objectives and tasks of guidance in the educational process, attract workers from the higher qualifications campaign, intensify the guidance efforts in the boys' schools and highlight the role of the counselor in improving the student's learning conditions and attention to his needs, abilities and talents and help him to adapt to the environment inside and outside the school, and making the right educational decisions.
