Özet
The study aimed to identify The Alignment of The Outcomes of Higher Education to the Requirements of the Palestinian labor Market , the researcher used the descriptive analytical method, using a questionnaire applied to graduate students. The study found that the total score for the fields of The Alignment of The Outcomes of Higher Education to the Requirements of the Palestinian labor Market from The perspective of Graduate Students at Palestine Technical University- Kadoorie. Had an average of (4.02) and a standard deviation of (0.31) and this indicates a high level of response by graduates.As well as the mean values for the content area is (4.11), with a degree of response "I agree", where the average score for the field of educational methods and activities is (3.88) with a degree of response "I agree". As for the field of educational programs, the mean score is (4.08) with" I agree". And for the field of graduate's competence and skills with an average score of (4.02) and with a degree of response I agree. In terms of highest averages for the four domains can be ranked as follows:First the content, then the educational programs, then graduate's competence and skills, then the educational methods and activities. The result of the study also showed that there is no statistically significant differences for The Alignment of The Outcomes of Higher Education to the Requirements of the Palestinian labor Market due to the variables (gender, place of residence, averages, educational qualification). The study recommended that there is a need to work on developing methods and teaching strategies ,problem solving in addition to interest in teaching the English language. Also it recommended for farther interests and studies on the experience of integrative education program that began at the University of Khadouri at the beginning of the academic year 2019/2020.
