Özet
Bu araştırma gastronomi turizmi konusunda farkındalık yaratmak, birçok yerel lezzete sahip Trabzon ilinin gastronomi turizmi gelişmişlik kriterlerinin düzeyinin ne durumda olduğunu tespit etmek, gastronomi şehri potansiyelini ortaya koymak, bu konuda da önerilerde bulunmak ve gastronomi turizminin geliştirilmesine yönelik stratejiler sunmak amacıyla yapılmıştır. Bu doğrultuda araştırma, Trabzon ilinde gastronomi alanında bilgisi olan ve bu alanlarda çalışan aşçı, yiyecek-içecek müdürü, akademisyen, işletme yöneticisi, rehber, işletme sahibi, seyahat danışmanı ve gazetecilerden oluşan alanında uzman araştırmaya katılmayı gönüllü olarak kabul eden toplam 109 kişi yürütülmüştür. Araştırma, Aralık 2019-Şubat 2020 aylarında gerçekleşmiştir. Araştırmaya katılan kişilerden cinsiyet, yaş, eğitim durumu, meslek ve mesleki tecrübeleri elde edilmiştir. Ayrıca alanında uzman bu kişilerden “Gastronomi Turizminde Gelişmişlik Göstergeleri Ölçeği” ile bilgiler toplanmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda katılımcıların “Gastronomi Turistine Yönelik Eğlence ve Broşürler “Gastronomik Ürünlerin Arz İmkânları” Yerel Tanıtım Aktiviteleri ve Sunum Tarzı” “Yerel Tanıtım Yeterliliği faktörlerinin yetersiz olduğunu ifade ettiği tespit edilmiştir. Bu doğrultuda Trabzon şehrinin gastronomi turizmi gelişmişlik kriterlerini temel alarak gerekli iyileştirmeleri ve girişimleri yapması gerektiği sonucuna varılmıştır.

Abstract
This research was carried out in order to raise awareness about gastronomy tourism, to determine the level of gastronomy tourism development criteria of the province of Trabzon, which has many local flavors, to reveal the potential of gastronomy city, to make suggestions on this issue and to offer strategies for the development of gastronomy tourism. In this direction, the research was conducted in the province of Trabzon, with a total of 109 people, who are knowledgeable in the field of gastronomy and working in these fields, consisting of cooks, food and beverage managers, academicians, business managers, guides, business owners, travel consultants and journalists, who voluntarily accepted to participate in the research. The research was conducted in December 2019-February 2020. Gender, age, education level, profession and professional experience were obtained from the people participating in the study. In addition, information was collected from these experts in the field using the "Gastronomy Tourism Development Indicators Measures". As a result of the research, it was determined that the participants stated that "Entertainment and Brochures for Gastronomy Tourists" Supply Opportunities of Gastronomic Products "Local Promotion Activities and Presentation Style" "Local Promotion Adequacy" factors were insufficient. Accordingly, it was concluded that the city of Trabzon should make the necessary improvements and initiatives based on the gastronomy tourism development criteria.
