Özet
La présente étude s'articule sur sur l'origine du Professeur. Ali A’lmin Al-Mazrui et sa famille, L’une des familles d'immigrants mixtes aux origines arabo-africaines et l’important du rôle qu’ils ont joué en contribuant intellectuellement et culturellement dans la région de la Côte Est Africaine. Ce travail permet de comprendre que la bibliographie du Prof. Ali L’Amin Al-Mazrui comme un Penseur africain, littéraire et réformateur islamique, est l'une des figures les plus effectifs qui ont des mains misent partout dans la société africaine et qui ont contribué dans la vie culturelle et intellectuelle de la région de la Côte Est africaine. Cette étude applique une approche historique et descriptive compte tenu de l’important du sujet.
Enfin, ce travail a permis d’aboutir à des constatations importantes sur la vie du Prof. Ali L’Amin Al-Mazrui dans le domaine de la réforme et de la culture, et son impact positif sur la société de la pensée et la vie culturelle dans le monde islamique de manière générale et de la côte de l'Afrique de l’Est de manière particulière. Les résultats les plus importants de cette étude sont représentées dans les œuvres du Professeur Ali A’lmin Al-Mazrui et sa famille, concernant deux facteurs qui déterminent la vie culturelle et celle de la reforme dans la région de la Côte Est Africaine. L’étude se termine par plusieurs recommandations, notamment: la mise sur pied des centres de recherches spécialisés dans l’étude de la pensée du Prof. Ali L’Amin Al-Mazrui, et d'encourager les chercheurs à mener des travaux de recherches approfondies sur la méthodologie du Prof. Ali Al-Mazrouie dans diverses langues.

Abstract
The paper aims to identify the origin of the family of Professor Al-Amin Al-Mazroui as one of the migratory families that merged with African origins and their important role in cultural and intellectual promotion in the East Coast of Africa. The study also aims to identify Professor Al-Amin Al Marzuky (biography and bibliography) as an African intellectual, a world figure of literature and culture and one of the most prominent figures who have had their intellectual and cultural contributions to the East African coast region. This study has followed the historical descriptive approach. In conclusion, the paper reached several useful and effective information and results on this distinguished thinker, Professor Al-Marzuky, on the intellectual and cultural aspects that got an impact on the reform of cultural thought and life in the East Coast region of Africa. The paper concludes with several recommendations, including the adoption of cultural and scientific institutions to study thoroughly the thought of the professor Al- Marzuky, and to encourage researchers for in-depth research on the methodology of Prof. Ali Al-Marzuky in many other languages.
