Özet
Yabancı dil olarak Türkçenin Öğretimi(YDOTÖ) araştırmalarında ders ve kurs içerikleri, ders materyelleri ile öğrenci yeterliklerine yoğunlaşıldığı görülür. Ancak ülkemiz dışında Türk Dili ve Edebiyatı Bölümleri’nde okuyan öğrencilerin dil öğretimi ve iletişimsel yeterlikleri üzreinde yeterince durulmadığı gözlenmektedir. Bu çalışmada Zenica Üniversitesi Türkoloji bölümü C1 seviyesi (3. Sınıf)öğrencilerinin sözedimlerini anlama, kullanma ve yorumlayabilme becerileri üzerinde durulmuştur. Bu çalışma, bağlam içinde edimsözleri anlama ve kullanma becerilerini ölçmek için 20 adet bağlam içi sözedimi kullanımı sormacası ile görüşme tekniği için eğitim-öğretimin ortamı, fiziki ve sosyal şartlara bağlı sorunların tespitine yönelik katılımcılara beş adet açık uçlu soru yöneltilmiştir. Yabancı dil Türkçe kullanıcılarının görüşleri üzerinden dil ve edibiyat öğrencilerinin karşılaştığı sorunlara çözümsel katkı sunmak amaçlanmıştır. Anket verileri SPSS programıyla incelenmiş, veriler yüzdelik oranlara göre değerlendirilmiş; görüşme yöntemiyle toplanan bulgular tematik ve sıklık sınıflandırma tekniğiyle gruplanıp yorumlanmıştır.

Abstract
Teaching Turkish as a foreign language (YDOTÖ) researches focus on course and course contents, course materials and student competencies. However, it is observed that the language teaching and communicative competences of the students studying in Turkish Language and Literature Departments are not emphasized enough. In this study, the students of the C1 level (3rd year) students of Zenica University Department of Turcology have been emphasized their ability to understand, use and interpret their words. In this study, in order to measure the skills of understanding and using pragmatics in context, 20 in-context verbal use questions were asked and five open-ended questions were asked to the participants in order to identify problems related to the environment of education, physical and social conditions. The aim of the course is to contribute to the problems faced by language and literary students through the views of Turkish users of foreign languages. Survey data were analyzed by SPSS program and the data were evaluated according to percentages; Findings collected by interview method were grouped and interpreted by thematic and frequency classification technique.
