Özet
İntihar, toplumda ağır ruhsal bozuklukları olanlardan, göç gibi stres yaratan yaşam koşullarına tepki veren normal kişilere kadar geniş bir popülasyon da görülebilmektedir. Literatürde göçmenlerin yerel halka oranla daha fazla intihar girişim ve düşünceleri taşıdıkları tespit edilmiştir. Son zamanlardaki istatistiksel verilere göre tüm dünyada göçmen sayısı artmaktadır. Göçmen sayısının artması barınma, beslenme, sağlık ve eğitim sorunlarını beraberinde getirmektedir. Bu sorunlardan en çok etkilenen gruplardan birini de çocuklar oluşturmaktadır. Göçmen çocuklar arasında, anksiyete, post travmatik stres bozukluğu, somatik semptomlar, depresyon ve intihar gibi ruh sağlığı sorunları öne çıkmaktadır. 2017 yılı itibariyle göçmen çocuklara yönelik intihar haberlerinde artış olduğu görülmektedir. Bu durum göçmen çocukların intihar düşüncesi ve davranışı açısından riskli grubu oluşturduğunu göstermektedir. Bu bağlamda bu çalışma, göçmen çocuklarda görülmeye başlanan intihar olaylarına dikkat çekmek ve bu konuda koruyucu sağlık önlemlerinin alınması gerektiğini vurgulamak amacıyla yapılmıştır.

Abstract
Suicide can be seen in society from those with severe mental disorders to ordinary people who react to stressful life events such as immigration. In the literature, it was found that immigrants carried more suicide attempts and thoughts than the local population. ccording to recent statistical data, the number of migrants is increasing all over the world. Increasing the number of migrants brings housing, nutrition, health and education problems. Children are one of the most affected groups of these problems. Among migrant children, mental health problems such as anxiety, post traumatic stress disorder, somatic symptoms, depression and suicide stand out. As of 2017, there has been an increase in suicide reports against migrant children. This suggests that migrant children are a risky group in terms of suicidal thinking and behavior. This study aimed to draw attention to the suicide cases that have started to be seen in migrant children and to emphasize that preventive health measures should be taken in this regard.
