Özet
The importance of the trade energy balance has increased in recent times due to the economic importance, not to mention the political impact that reflects the nature of the country's economic dealings in accordance with international agreements and official treaties, the volume of international investment in the field of energy and its impact on defining the state's foreign and diplomatic relations in the regional and global context, economic interests are the main reason for the convergence of international relations and international differences alike. Turkish-Azerbaijani relations had the main reason for the size of the Turkish-Azerbaijani trade balance, especially the energy balance. Therefore, the study discussed the importance of the Turkish-Azerbaijani energy balance and its regional role, not to mention the volume of trade exchange in the field. Energy between the two countries, the nature of the projects on the ground, the type of those projects and the oil fields, the quantities of import and export, and its impact on the global energy trade route, As the study showed that the energy balance in Turkey suffers from a large deficiency, in return, Azerbaijan represents one of the most important Caspian countries in the export of oil and natural gas, and Turkey's role in transporting that energy through its lands, as the percentage of Turkey's import of Azerbaijani oil and gas amounted to about 616,745 million barrels and the strategic importance of transporting gas and oil. The study reached a number of results, the most important of which are Turkey's main role in transporting energy resources to Europe through its ports on the Mediterranean, Turkey's dependence on a large percentage of Azerbaijani gas and oil, as well as the reflection of that company on expanding these projects in the near future.
