Abstract

A THEORICAL STUDY ON AUTHORITHY AND POWER CONCEPTS AT THE CLASSIC ANARCHIST OPINION
Anarchism is a philosophical system stemming from the opinions of William Godwin at the end of the 18th century. The anarchism which was impossible to be named clearly under the political conditions at that era, refuses all kinds of authority and supports the idea of ‘management by yourself’ or ‘ management by natural tendencies’ in a basic view. The authority and power concepts are -because of their important outputs like regulating the system, ending the chaos or the conflicts throughout employees- mainly disscussed as a topic together for many times by management researchers recently. As the main assumptions of anarchism claims rejecting authority and taking power from government to give community, there is no significant research on classic anarchism defenders’ similar and different opinions specially on authority and power With this research, first of all the main assumptions of anarchism and managerial authority and power are confessed by a conceptual framework, then the prominent classic anarchist defenders opinions(Godwin, Stirner, Proudhon, Bakunin, Kropotkin) about authority and power are classified according to their similarities and differences. The secondary data scanning method is used and the scientific substructure of the study is supported through literature review and comparative research method.
