THE PSYCHOLOGICAL EXHAUSTION AND ITS RELATIONSHIP WITH THE SOCIAL SUPPORT FOR KINDERGARTEN TEACHERS
The research aims to identify the fallowing point: •psychological exhaustion of kindergarten teachers. •Social support for kindergarten teachers. •The relationship between psychological exhaustion and social support for kindergarten teachers. In order to achieve the research goals, the researcher built two scales (psychological exhaustion and social support) for kindergarten teachers according to the scientific steps to build psychological standards, after formulating paragraphs for the two scales, their scale validity was verified by presented them to a group of experts and specialists in educational, psychological, childhood and psychometric sciences, scale validity was proven after minor adjustmentson them. The researcher applied the two scales on sample numbering (200) teacher, from government kindergarten teachers in Baghdad for the academic year (2019-2020). The researcher was verified from two scales psychometric standard characteristics, so the stability was take out by the Fakronbach method where stability factor for both of them was (0.89). In light of the research goals and after applying test on sample members and analyzing their responses statistically by using the T-test for one sample and the T-test for two independent samples and the Pearson correlation coefficient, the researcher reached the following results: •There is a reduction in psychological exhaustion degrees among kindergarten teachers. •Kindergarten teachers enjoy social support. •There is an inverse relationship between psychological exhaustion and social support among kindergarten teachers. The researcher reached a set of recommendations and suggestions .
